How chat works
1. Clikiti Concierge, our AI assistant, answers first, using these help articles.
2. If it can't help, or you ask for a person, it passes the chat to the Clikiti Support team. You stay in the same chat
and a person replies there.
3. Questions about your own account, such as your plan or your designs, need us to know who you are. Ask them from
inside Clikiti while you're logged in, or include the email you sign in with. Not a customer yet? Create your
